These steps are the same whether you're adding your first email account or additional email accounts to Outlook. Your account settings will automatically be configured in Outlook.

What you see next depends on your version of Outlook.

Outlook 2016

Enter your email address and click Connect.

For Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2010

Enter your name, email address, and password, and click Next.



If prompted, enter your password again, then select OK > Finish to start using your email account in Outlook.

You can add multiple email accounts by repeating this process. All Exchange mailboxes will be set up automatically with confirmation of your email address and password. If you add a mailbox to your account that uses an external mail provider (such as Google, Yahoo, or iCloud), in most cases these settings will also be obtained automatically.
