# How do I change the spam filtering settings?

With Exchange Advanced Security you have access to your quarantine folder and can adjust the settings on how the filter works.

1. Visit https://manage.cloudplatform1.com to manage your account (note this is not the same address as Outlook Web Access). You can still sign in with your email address and password.

2. If Advanced Security has been enabled on your account, you'll see this option.

3. Click on the settings option where you can set the level of spam filtering, and whitelist any domains you always want to exclude from your spam filter. You can also blacklist domains that persistently send spam, however with most spam originating from different addresses and domains, blacklisting domains is not likely to have a big impact on your spam filtering.
