When you sign in to Microsoft 365 on the web, you'll be taken directly to your account dashboard.

On the left hand side of the page, you'll find quick access icons to each of the Office suite applications, starting with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Below these you'll find access to Outlook for email and One Drive for your file storage.
The centre section of the dashboard will show any recent file activity with various options to find documents you have access to.
Any recent OneDrive folders or SharePoint locations will be shown towards the bottom of this page.
The gear icon in the top right corner allows you to manage your account settings and change your password.
You can return to this page at any time by simply typing office.com in your browser address bar.
Note, you can bypass the dashboard and access your email directly by logging in to your account at https://outlook.office.com.
